WWE is a great family business and whole family seems to chip in. We live in the Wood(land)s, and have lots of critters creeping around and they love our attic. WWE has been out diligently several times eliminate racoons (twice), squirrels (3 times) different entry ways, and WWE team is quick, competent, friendly and responsive. Got to deal with many of the family members, fairly well, Daniel, Meredith, Dylan and Logan and they are a pleasure to work with. They know their business, and they seem to know how those critters think and find a way to get them out without hurting them. The team had to do some patchwork on roof and even helped slap some paint in the surrounding area so that the patchwork wasn't so evident. WWE was amazing in helping us with poor dead critter who sadly entered our pool overnight. Called friendly front office and put on schedule that same morning. Daniel was super friendly and got rid of our problem ‘possum in no time. On a side note, WWE didn’t pop up at top of Google search for pest control, so am glad actually that the first two places we called never even answered the phone (even though they advertised 24/7 service), and third place quoted us double what WWE charged. I found WWE after searching for a wildlife removal company that specializes in humane bat removal while visiting my aunt at her beach home in Surfside Beach, Tx. There was noticeable bat activity on the patio due to a recent storm that caused screen damage. Everyone I encountered, from Meredith that first took my call, to Daniel that showed up quicker than expected, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our situation at a more than reasonable price than other quotes received from calling around. All to the same place so they can be reunited!   We will def use them again if we have another raccoon invasion 🦝
